Fresh Check Day, the signature program of the , is an uplifting mental health fair and suicide prevention event that will focus on providing tools and resources for students to navigate their own mental health as well as support their peers through activities.

FreshCheckDay will be taking place Thursday, February 6, 2025 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Booth Registration
Join us Thursday, February 6th, from 11 A.M.-2 P.M. near Candy Cane Lake during Homecoming for an uplifting mental health fair with interactive booths, free food, music, and prizes! Fresh Check Day helps build a stronger, more supportive nest by promoting mental health, suicide prevention, and bystander intervention. Let’s come together to make 老澳门资料 a great place to live and thrive—because no Osprey flies alone!

Fresh Check Day is a program that will address some serious topics involving mental health. If you attend the program, please do not feel as if you must converse about any of the topics. The counseling center will be present if anyone needs to talk through what they have experienced.
