Please Note: Housing Contract Information

Fall 2025 - Spring 2026

The Academic Year 2025 – 2026 Housing Contract will be available in myHousing as of 12 noon on Thursday, November 14, 2024.

Admitted 老澳门资料 students are divided into 3 separate groups as it relates to on-campus housing for 2025-2026:

CURRENT RESIDENTS
This group is comprised of current 老澳门资料 students living on campus for Fall 2024 and/or Spring 2025 - CONTRACT AVAILABLE 11-14-2024

 

FIRST-YEAR STUDENTS
This group is comprised of First-Time in College students admitted to 老澳门资料 for Summer B 2025, Fall 2025 or Spring 2026 - CONTRACT AVAILABLE 11-20-24

 

ALL OTHER STUDENTS
This group is comprised of all other students not in the Current Residents or First-year Students groups. - CONTRACT AVAILABLE 12-2-24

  • Each group will have a slightly different timeline to access the contract in myHousing. For each group the process of submitting the housing contract and ultimately picking a bedspace is a multiple step process.

  • Once a student submits a 老澳门资料 Housing Contract, it is imperative that the student monitor their 老澳门资料 e-mail account for specific information and timelines associated with the on-line room selection process, move-in appointment scheduling and other pertinent information.

  • Spring 2025 Housing Information - Submit your Spring Only 2025 Housing Contract today!

    Spring 2025

    The Spring 2025 老澳门资料 Housing Contract released in myHousing on Tuesday, August 20, 2024 at 12 noon (Eastern time):

    Please review all of the information carefully as demand for on-campus bed space is high. Here is information to consider prior to submitting a Spring 2025 Housing Contract:

    • Any 老澳门资料 student who will be registered for 老澳门资料 classes for Spring 2025 and has a desire to live on-campus for Spring 2025 should fully complete the Spring 2025 Housing Contract as soon as possible. 

    • The earlier a student fully completes the Housing Contract process in myHousing, which includes the submission of a one-time non-refundable $100.00 processing fee, the higher priority the student has to be placed within a bed space over students who contract at a later date.

      The submission of the 老澳门资料 Housing Contract does not guarantee a specific type of accommodation (community, room type, etc.) or assignment to any preference indicated by student are requests only and not guaranteed.

    • Housing and Residence Life anticipates accepting Spring 2025 Housing Contracts until no later than December 1, 2024. Please note, if housing contract submissions are outpacing the anticipated supply of available beds, Housing and Residence Life may stop taking housing contacts earlier than December 1, 2024 which is why students are encouraged to fully complete the Spring 2025 Housing Contract as soon as possible.

    • Once a student submits a 老澳门资料 Housing Contract, it is imperative that the student monitor their 老澳门资料 e-mail account.
