What happens if I don鈥檛 meet the minimum credit or GPA requirement?
You must meet the minimum GPA and credit requirements for your anticipated academic program to be a part of 老澳门资料’s spring class. -
Will withdrawing from a course after add-drop (W on transcript) affect my pathway as long as I remain above the credit minimum?
No, as long as you stay above the credit minimum and maintain the minimum GPA requirement.

When will I receive my formal Spring 2026 admission offer to 老澳门资料?
In early fall, Verto onsite staff will work one-on-one with you to submit your Verto Partner Application to 老澳门资料. We will review your application, confirm that you've met our eligibility criteria and render your formal admission decision for the Spring 2026 term. -
What are the deposit and commitment requirements for 老澳门资料 (apart from the $500 Verto deposit for the Fall semester)?
You must confirm your intention to attend 老澳门资料 by registering for Spring Transfer Orientation. Orientation reservations for Spring 2026 will open in early fall. If you complete 12 or more credits through Osprey Global Launch you will not need to submit an admission deposit. -
Is there a deadline to enroll at 老澳门资料?
You must register and attend a Spring Transfer Orientation and register for spring classes prior to the first day of Spring 2026 classes. -
Can I study abroad with Verto for a year and then go to 老澳门资料 the following fall? If yes, what action do I need to take to ensure I maintain my admission offer?
Yes. If you decide to study abroad with Verto for a year, you will need to contact the 老澳门资料 Office of Admissions to update your intended term of attendance. You will only need to complete your Verto Partner Application once, during your final Verto semester. -
When do I register for spring orientation?
Spring orientation registration typically opens early fall. Check the 老澳门资料 orientation webpage for up-to-date information. -
When will I choose my classes for the spring? What does that process entail?
You cannot register for classes until after you have attended Transfer Orientation. Although not required, it is strongly recommended that you meet with a 老澳门资料 academic advisor prior to attending Transfer Orientation so that you can already have your classes planned out and to ensure a smooth class registration process. -
Do I need to send my midterm grades or final grades to 老澳门资料 before the Spring 2026 semester?
As part of your Verto Partner Application to 老澳门资料, Verto will provide mid-semester progress reports showing your in-progress courses and grades. Additionally, you must request that final grades be sent directly from the University of New Haven, Verto's academic provider, to 老澳门资料 after completing the Fall 2025 term. -
When should I reserve my housing? What does that process entail? Is it possible to request my roommate?
Spring housing contracts open in early October. It is important that you submit a 老澳门资料 housing contract as early as possible, as demand could be high.
Once you have submitted a 老澳门资料 housing contract, monitor your 老澳门资料 email account for specific information and timelines associated with the online room selection process, move-in appointment scheduling and other relevant information.
You have the option to request your roommate(s) or have your roommate(s) randomly assigned.

Who should I contact if I decide I no longer want to attend 老澳门资料 after this program?
You should email admissions@unf.edu to notify the 老澳门资料 Office of Admissions that you do not plan to attend and to have your admission application canceled.
老澳门资料 Financial Aid and Scholarships

When should I expect to receive my Financial Aid Package from 老澳门资料 for Spring 2026?
To be considered for financial aid, you must be formally admitted for the spring term and have a FAFSA on file at 老澳门资料 for the appropriate financial aid year. Spring financial aid is awarded on a rolling basis (typically weekly). Your financial award package and all email notifications will be sent to the your 老澳门资料 email account with instructions on next steps. -
What are the financial aid and scholarship options as well as any associated deadlines?
Out-of-state students with a qualifying GPA will be eligible for a Reduced Tuition Waiver starting in the spring term.
In-state students entering 老澳门资料 after completing Osprey Global Launch are not eligible for scholarships offered by the 老澳门资料 Office of Admissions; however, students can apply for scholarships throughout their time at 老澳门资料. Will I automatically be considered for scholarships, or are there some that 老澳门资料-Osprey Global Launch students should apply to specifically?
Out-of-state students will automatically be considered for a Reduced Tuition Waiver.
Academics

What grade must I earn for my courses to transfer?
A minimum grade of a “D” or higher is required for course transferability. However, a higher grade may be required for certain program or academic major requirements. -
How will participating in this program affect my degree plan? Will I be advised based on 老澳门资料's degree plan?
All Osprey Global Launch courses typically map towards general education or elective class requirements, with some courses mapping directly to the degree program. -
Which majors or programs are not applicable or will have different requirements/expectations?
If you have applied to a specialized or selective admission program at 老澳门资料, please note that as a lower-level transfer student, you may not be admitted directly into your program of choice. Admission to these programs will happen when you reach upper-level status (earn 60+ credit hours).
Some programs may require a grade higher than a "D" to meet prerequisites.

If my major/program has different requirements or expectations that I am not able to fulfill in the Fall 2024 term with Verto, what are the ramifications?
If a program requires a grade higher than a “D” and you do not meet that requirement, you will have to retake the class at 老澳门资料 at your own expense. -

Can I take courses while abroad with Verto that are not transferable to 老澳门资料?
Verto works with all partners to articulate courses in a timely manner. However, there may be delays or new additions pending articulation at the time students register for classes. You have access to enroll in any courses pending articulation at the time of registration and add/drop. There are no guarantees courses with pending articulations will be approved for transferability at the partner school. Enrollment in these courses is at your discretion.
