She earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a concentration in Exercise Science, a post-baccalaureate degree in Food and Nutrition from the University of Alabama, and a master’s degree in Health Education and Behavior from the University of Florida. Bonfiglio completed her 1,000-hour dietetic internship from Morrison Healthcare where she predominantly provided Medical Nutrition Therapy to a broad spectrum of patients with varying illnesses (e.g., renal-, cardiac-, and liver-related diseases, diabetes). Currently, she is an active member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and the North Florida Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.

Bonfiglio also has experience in outpatient support, targeting weight loss/management and nutrition for fitness or performance-related goals. Bonfiglio is knowledgeable about meal timing/preparation for a multitude of health concerns. Given her personal gut-related issues, she has first-hand experience navigating food sensitivities and intolerances.

Bonfiglio promotes an all-foods fit approach and is passionate about enabling others to adopt a healthy, sustainable lifestyle. Her goal is to promote healing through food and propel individuals to become nutrition independent without following a cookie-cutter diet.

Bonfiglio competed as a collegiate volleyball player and is now an avid runner. In her free time, she enjoys beach days, baking, and watching the Bachelor!

Anita Diaz, RDN, LDN

Anita Diaz is a passionate Registered Dietitian Nutritionist dedicated to promoting health and wellness through personalized nutritional guidance.  She earned her bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics right here at the 老澳门资料! After graduating, she completed a rigorous 1,000-hour dietetic internship through Be Well Solutions with a focus on wellness and disease prevention.

Anita specializes in preventative nutrition, helping individuals adopt healthy lifestyle habits to reduce the risk of chronic diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, and hypertension. She promotes sustainable behavior changes with an all-foods-fit approach. Additionally, Anita has a background working with individuals struggling with eating disorders in the intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization levels of care.  She understands the delicate balance between physical health and emotional well-being and provides compassionate support and evidence-based strategies to promote healing and recovery.

Outside of nutrition counseling sessions, Anita enjoys exploring new coffee shops, reading good books, and spending time in the Florida sunshine!

Our Approach

We believe all foods can fit in a healthy diet and promote sustainable nutrition practices.

We practice a weight-neutral approach, known as Health at Every Size (HAES)®. HAES is a health promotion framework that is rooted in social justice. It supports health policies that improve access to information and health services, advocates for size-acceptance, strives to end weight discrimination, and redefine the cultural perception of an "ideal" body.
