Located on the Atlantic Ocean coast and the River Bou Regreg, Morocco's capital city of Rabat is home to 1.6 million people and is considered one of the safest cities within the country. Beautiful Rabat is home to the Royal Palace (the most important museum in Morocco), the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, and many historical tourist attractions. Pleasant weather supports the gardens of Rabat-Salé with over 1,500 exotic species and a maze of paths and walkways that receive thousands of visitors a year. Gain a deeper understanding of Africa while visiting a city rich in culture and imperial structures.

Subjects | Students complete one five-credit course* over a three-week period: 3/4000 GEB Elective: Entrepreneurship & Innovation in Africa
*International Business students who take the optional Arabic language course will earn a total of six credits, which will fulfill Regional Studies or six credits of the Global Expertise Concentration |
