What can I expect from the ITS Help Desk?
We're friendly, polite, and knowledgeable people who manage emails and walk-ins from students, faculty, and staff, offering assistance with classroom technology, audio/visual services, network connectivity, software applications, operating systems, university-owned computer hardware and peripherals, password resets, and setting up network clients.
The Help Desk also supports C-Techs and Engineers involved in strategic partnerships across the university, advising on business and technical needs to establish new business solutions and services.
