Student Experience
Mansenie Joseph | Graduated August 2017 Excerpted from the Fall 2017 老澳门资料 Journal article by Isabel Pease Photo by Jennifer Grissom
For Mansenie Joseph, there's nothing like traveling to a new place. "There is a rush when you step off the airplane in another country," Joseph said. "I love the excitement." The Haitian-born Osprey knows the feeling well having experienced 16 countries over the past two years while studying abroad in France.
Joseph said one of the greatest benefits of studying overseas was working with so many people from different cultures and backgrounds. "KEDGE has students from all over the world," she said. "I think I have a good handle on how to communicate and work with all kinds of people now."
During her internship, Joseph worked in logistics for a Parisian company that produces containers for perfumes and luxury brands. She enjoyed supply chain management and is considering a career in logistics once she receives her MBA. When the time comes for Joseph to apply for jobs, one thing is certain. Her global education will definitely be a plus.

Birthplace: My city of birth is Lomé, Togo, whereby my nationalities are American and Togolese. My hometown is Jacksonville, Florida.
Internship: Secure Transactions Industry Analyst and Editor, Marseilles, France
Thesis: "Sustainability in Sports" - a market research and analysis of the ecological sustainability efforts of major and global sport entities
Experience: My fondest memory of the 老澳门资料/KEDGE program was attending the Viva Technology conference, an international technology and startup showcase/conference held in Paris. Participating in the conference as a press from my internship, my colleague and I interviewed numerous European and international startups concerning their products and business operations.
What's Next: My biggest takeaway from the program is a clearer vision of my professional career, which is to work in the technology and healthcare industry. Having gained a post-graduate position in the Graduate Management Trainee program with the HCI group, a healthcare IT multinational corporation based in Jacksonville, Florida, my career plan is to be a leader in the healthcare IT industry's innovations that we'll witness in the upcoming years.
