Catering
The Adam W. Herbert University Center understands how important catering is for a successful event. From traditional continental breakfasts to elegantly served dinners and receptions, our friendly, professional staff is ready to assist you in planning every catering detail for your conference or special event. We would be proud to have you as our honored guest and look forward to extending you the superior service and excellent cuisine of the Herbert University Center. Our catering director and executive chef are at your disposal to help you decide from our array of menu selections or to create a seasonal menu for your unique event. Fresh ingredients, unique settings and impeccable service are standard fare for your group’s dining and catering events.

Audio Visual Services
The Adam W. Herbert University Center provides complimentary basic audiovisual services for each room rental including the following:
- Flip Chart and Markers (easel included)
- Glass White Boards and Markers
- Projection Screen

Technical Services (four hour minimum) | Rental Fee |

Audiovisual Technician (hourly, 4 hour minimum) | $40 |
Request for technical service must be made at least 5 business days prior to start time of event. Requests will be evaluated based on availability. Above charges are for regular working hours of 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Monday - Friday). After hours, weekends and holidays will be subject to overtime charges. All equipment rentals are subject to service charges for installation and dismantle.

Please Note:
- Equipment canceled within 24 hours of an event’s start time will be billed at full price.
- All prices listed are per room, per day.
- Use this list only as a guideline – if you do not see a specific item needed to make your meeting a success, please contact your University Center representative.
- The University Center does not rent its equipment for use outside the facility. If needed, we can provide a list of local audiovisual and presentation companies.
- All equipment, installation and labor charges are subject to sales tax.

**Security must be provided by the University Police Department (UPD).

Request officers directly through UPD. This option requires a separate signed agreement directly with UPD. Email completed and signed agreement to Lt. John Kane at kane.john@unf.edu. The hourly rate will depend on assigned officers, but typically ranges from $50 to $75 per hour. Please contact UPD directly with any questions - (904) 620 - 2382.

Request officers directly through your assigned event coordinator. For this option, hourly rate above would apply and be included in your University Center contract and invoice. Hourly rate above is significantly higher due to requirements including fringe benefits and other costs.
