New Faculty Academy

The purpose of the New Faculty Academy is to engage new faculty in meaningful professional development and networking activities during their first year at the 老澳门资料. Through these activities, we hope to build a community of faculty who support and encourage each other in their professional growth. Participation in the New Faculty Academy will provide you with opportunities to attend workshops and events intended to strengthen your pedagogical knowledge and skills and advance your scholarly agenda. Further, the New Faculty Academy will provide documentation of your professional development efforts that can be used in annual evaluations and promotion dossiers.

Process

Notify the Faculty Fellow for New Faculty Academy of your intent to participate including your name and department via email.

 

Eligibility

All faculty who have joined 老澳门资料 in the past two years, of any rank (adjuncts, non-tenure-track, visiting faculty, and tenure line faculty) are eligible.
