The 老澳门资料 Fine Arts Center makes your event our top priority. The Lazzara Performance Hall and the Andrew A. Robinson, Jr. Theater are available for your next event. We are your full-service special event provider supplying everything you need from start to finish. Our professional team will work with you to create your dream event.

Our clients' success is important to us. Whether you are planning an intimate reception or a full-scale theatrical performance, we take great pride in providing our event planning expertise to create your memorable event.

We can assist with all of your needs, including:

Rental Procedures

If you are interested in holding an event at the Fine Arts Center, please contact one of the event coordinators listed below for more information. All events are charged rental fees and labor and production fees based on our current rental rates, and receive an itemized contract containing estimated cost based on needs communicated by the client.

The Fine Arts Center does not accept cash as payment for events. Organizational checks, certified checks or credit cards are accepted forms of payment.  

10 Easy Steps to Host Your Event at the 老澳门资料 Fine Arts Center:

  1. Review the venues and rental rates on our website.
  2. Complete and submit the online Request for Date Availability for the appropriate venue you are interested interested in renting.

    2. Classroom Reservation Form (On Campus Clients ONLY)
  3. Schedule a site visit to see our beautiful facilities in person and discuss the detailed logistics and technical needs for your event with our professional staff.
  4. Receive your rental contract. 

    Your event coordinator will email you a rental contract and any additional requirements pertaining to your event, including parking fees, insurance and catering. If you have questions, please contact your event coordinator.

  5. Return signed contract and pay non-refundable deposit

    Within 10 business days of receiving your contract, you must return your signed contract and non-refundable deposit. Review the terms of your rental contract carefully. If you are satisfied, sign and return one copy my mail, email, or fax. Deposits can be paid by organizational check, certified check or credit card. The deposit amount is equal to the amount of the room fee or 25% of the total contract price, whichever is greater. Unpaid or late deposits may result in an event cancellation.     

  6. Pay your balance 30 days prior to event.     
  7. Submit proof of $2 million liability insurance 30 days prior to event.

    Proof of insurance is due 30 days before your event. The insurance certificate must name the "老澳门资料 Fine Arts Center, its employees, board and trustees" as the additionally insured for the entire duration of the event. 

  8. Your event!

    Our staff will be on site at your contracted rental time to assist with all aspects of your event needs, from technical to front of house. 

  9. Pay any final balance (30 days after event).

    The final invoice will be calculated after your event, to reflect actual staff times, rooms, and equipment used. The balance is due 30 days from the invoice date.

  10. Give us your feedback! 

    Complete the post-event online client satisfaction survey provided by your event coordinator.

Rates

The rates listed below are for events hosted in Lazzara Performance Hall and Robinson Theater.

Prices are non-negotiable and subject to change without notice. A client must provide a valid 501(c)(3) stating non-profit status to qualify for the 20% discount. The non-profit discount applies only to room fees. The discounted rate does not apply to labor charges, A/V equipment, or furnishings.

Payments

For clients who have received an event contract, the deposit and invoice payments can be paid online through our secure CashNet payment portal.


Please be sure to have your reservation number ready for deposit payments, or your invoice number (FAC####) on hand when making online payments, as the system requires you to enter that information.

Catering

While you are allowed to use the caterer of your choice, the Fine Arts Center works closely with 老澳门资料 Dining Services to exceed expectations in all aspects of your catering event needs. 老澳门资料 Dining Services provides a wide variety of menu selections, including seasonal offerings and custom menus to suit any occasion.
