Unmanned Aircraft System (Drone) Operation at 老澳门资料

  1. Notify 老澳门资料 Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) prior to purchasing an Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS).
  2. Obtain certification as a Remote Pilot in Command (RPIC).
  3. Register UAS with FAA
  4. Follow FAA Part 107 operational restrictions and requirements. These include but are not limited to:
    1. Always maintain visual line of sight with the UAS.
    2. UAS may not operate over persons who are not directly involved with flight operations.
    3. UAS must only operate in daylight hours.
    4. Operators must conduct and document pre-flight inspections.
     
  5. In addition, 老澳门资料 requires the following for EH&S approval:
    1. Submission of flight operations plan.
    2. Proof of RPIC certification.
    3. Proof of UAS registration.
    4. Proof of Airspace Authorization from KCRG(Jacksonville Executive Airport at Craig).
    5. Review of liability and property insurance requirements based on the intended UAS operations.
     
  6. It is highly recommended operators utilize an application such as B4UFLY to aid in operational requirements and restrictions.
  7. All 老澳门资料 flights are commercial and must abide by all FAA regulations. Additional information can be obtained from the FAA Commercial Operators website.
  8. Pilots are responsible for keeping up to date with any changes in FAA regulations.

Public or Non-Employee operated

  1. Flights with photographic components require approval from Marketing and Communications.
  2. Follow FAA Part 107 operational restrictions and requirements. These include but are not limited to:
    1. Always maintain visual line of sight with the UAS.
    2. UAS may not operate over persons who are not directly involved with flight operations.
    3. UAS must only operate in daylight hours
    4. Operators must conduct and document pre-flight inspections.
     
  3. EH&S approval is required for all flights on 老澳门资料 property. For approval submit via email:
    1. Submission of flight operations plan.
    2. Proof of RPIC certification.
    3. Proof of UAS registration.
    4. Proof of Airspace Authorization from KCRG(Jacksonville Executive Airport at Craig)
    5. Proof of aviation and general liability insurance.
     
  4. Pilots are responsible keeping up to date with any changes in FAA regulations.
