Ticket allotments are determined by the 老澳门资料 Arena's seating capacity and by the number of graduates participating in each ceremony. All ceremony dates, schedules, times and ticket allotments are subject to change at any time.
MarchingOrder Ticket Distribution
Fall 2024 graduates can register for ceremony tickets via MarchingOrder. Graduates received an email from MarchingOrder with login information to enter their ceremony information and claim their tickets. Once claimed, graduates can either print their tickets or email digital copies to their guests.Extra Tickets
Graduates can request extra tickets through November 12 by clicking the button below and signing in with their 老澳门资料 credentials. If extra tickets are available, they will be distributed evenly among all requests or by randomized lottery.
Requesting graduates will receive an email November 15 notifying them if extra tickets are available and these tickets will be added to their MarchingOrder accounts.

Can I purchase tickets?
Tickets are free and distributed directly to graduates. No tickets are available for sale. 老澳门资料 prohibits the purchase or sale of commencement tickets.

E-ticket distribution
Registering for and claiming your tickets
If you are participating in commencement, you will receive an email from MarchingOrder asking you to register and create an account. Once you create an account, fill out the form and claim your allotted amount of tickets.
Distributing Tickets
After creating an account with MarchingOrder, you can print your tickets or email them to guests. If tickets are emailed to a guest who is later unable to attend, graduates may log in to their MarchingOrder account and email the same ticket to another recipient.

ADA accommodations for guests
ADA Parking
Garage 38, across from the 老澳门资料 Arena, is designated for ADA parking. Complimentary shuttles will be running the day of commencement between guest parking in Lot 18 and the 老澳门资料 Arena. All shuttles are ADA accessible.
ADA Entry and Seating
The designated ADA entrance is located at the front of the Arena.
For guests in wheelchairs and those with limited mobility there is designated seating. Ushers will be available to escort guests to the designated ADA seating area.
Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing Guests
A Deaf and Hard of Hearing section is located near the Arena stage with unobstructed views of an ASL interpreter. Ushers will be available to escort guests to the designated DHH seating area.
In addition, the ceremony broadcasts on the Arena scoreboard and the include closed captioning.

Sharing and extra tickets
Sharing Unused Tickets:
Sharing tickets among graduates is permissible but will not monitored by the 老澳门资料. If students would like to collaborate with other graduates to share tickets, they may do so by emailing their unused issued tickets at their discretion. This must be done through the graduate’s MarchingOrder profile account. Tickets shared must be for the same ceremony.
Extra Tickets:Graduates should claim their allotted tickets by November 12. Based on the number of tickets claimed and available seating in the Arena, graduates will receive an email November 15 notifying them if extra tickets are available. If extra tickets are available, these tickets will be added to graduates' MarchingOrder accounts.

Ceremony day admission

Graduates will check-in at the while guests will check in at the . Doors for graduates and guests will open an hour before the scheduled start time. Graduates will not be required to have a ticket on commencement day; only invited guests need a ticket for entry. Once a ticket has been scanned, it cannot be scanned again. Graduates should refrain from inviting more than the allotted ticket amount as extra tickets on the day of is not guaranteed and guests without tickets will be denied entry.
If family and friends forget their tickets, the event staff can scan their tickets from the graduate’s MarchingOrder account to ensure guests are able to enter the venue. Tickets can either be presented and scanned from a printed copy or from any smart device. There will be a on the day of commencement for those who cannot attend.

Tickets for children
Children Attending the Ceremony:
Children (4) years of age and younger attending the commencement ceremony will not be required to have a ticket to enter the venue; these children are expected to sit in the lap of an attendee if possible. However, if you bring an infant in a car seat/carrier, they will need a ticket because the carrier would take the space of a seat. Be advised that strollers brought into the 老澳门资料 Arena cannot be taken into the upper and lower-level seating area. It is recommended not to bring child seats/carriers. Strollers are prohibited.
