Mentoring Programs

Our Mission

The Office of Community Engagement and Partnerships’ mentoring initiatives connect students with mentors on campus and in the community who will support their adjustment to college and their professional development from enrollment to employment and beyond. The programs provide ongoing support, training, and other resources to mentors and mentees.

Our Initiative

The Office of Community Engagement and Partnerships’ mentoring initiatives provide opportunities for personal and professional growth by fostering networking connections. Through mentorship, students experience holistic development while mentors provide essential support and act as a vital resource for academic guidance, career advice, and personal growth. The ultimate goal of the initiatives is to contribute to student success, bridge gaps in knowledge and skills while promoting active engagement, a culture of professionalism and a genuine culture of care.
