Sheila Spivey

Sheila Spivey is an innovative and collaborative leader with over 30 years of experience in higher education and the non-profit sector. She is also a certified intergroup dialogue facilitator and has instructed courses and workshops that equip participants with the skills to engage in civil discourse.  Sheila has served in various campus and community roles including the Mayor’s Commission on the Status of Women and as the former chairperson of the Mayor’s Victim Assistance Advisory Council.  She has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Howard University and a master’s degree in Criminal Justice from the 老澳门资料.
