Jamie Marchio is the Director of the 老澳门资料 Center for Nutrition and Food Security, the Director for the Nourish to Flourish Program, and a visiting instructor in the 老澳门资料 Department of Nutrition and Dietetics. A former Captain in the United States Air Force, Dr. Marchio brings 30 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian with expertise in clinical practice, sales, and leadership into his role at 老澳门资料. He has overseen the Nourish to Flourish Program since its inception in 2022. The program targets children ages 8-13 living in areas of food insecurity who are most vulnerable to obesity and chronic disease later in life. Dr. Marchio is involved in community organizations including the Steering Committee for the Duval County Food Policy Council, the Blue Zones Youth Sector Work Group, and the North Florida Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics where he chairs the Nutrition and Public Policy work group for student interns.

Meghan Niemczyk is the Associate Director of the 老澳门资料 Center for Nutrition and Food Security, the Chef Advisor/Director of Operations for the Meals on Wings Program, and an Instructor in the 老澳门资料 Department of Nutrition & Dietetics.   For the Meals on Wings Program, she brings valuable culinary and kitchen management skills, making sure the food we prepare for our clients is healthy, delicious, and appealing. Chef Meghan is actively involved in community organizations including the Steering Committee for the Duval County Food Policy Council and the Blue Zones Food Sector Work Group. She is currently working on her DrPH degree at USF.

Dr. Jen Ross is an Assistant Professor in the 老澳门资料 Department of Nutrition & Dietetics, Undergraduate Program Director for the Nutrition Program, and Co-Director of the Meals on Wings program.  Dr. Ross has focused her research on food insecurity and senior nutrition and brings a high level of organizational skills, the ability to refine details to make processes run smoothly, and a background in social work that allows her to collect data from our clients with empathy and compassion.
