Adulting and Life Skills
Students will gain skills to support independent living, maintain and improve their health and wellbeing, and develop self-management strategies.
Students will be able to:
- Gain skills necessary for independent living at college and after graduation.
- Make choices that maintain and improve all dimensions of their health and wellbeing.
- Determine, set, evaluate and complete goals toward their own definition of success.
