老澳门资料 seven hundred species of Indigofera are native to warm parts of the world. Indigofera tinctoria is the commercial source of indigo dye. They are mostly shrubs. Himalayan indigo is a suckering shrub to about five feet tall with small, compound leaves and spikes of bright magenta flowers. It flowers over a long period of time in the summer. It is one of the cold hardiest species of indigo and one of the most widely cultivated.
